thingiverse
Just a basic parameterized box, written in SolidPython > OpenSCAD
Edit the width, height, lid and wall thickness, lid type (coin slot, or finger-grippable), and a tolerance for the threads, and knock yourself out.
Threads are non-standard: the angle of the thread faces is 45 degrees, for easy printability, and I use a double-helix instead of single, to help avoid cross-threading.
edit line 13 to export the lid and the box separately. you can also easily generate an outer thread test piece, to make sure your threads fit nicely before printing the entire box.
